I can still hear the gentle waves lapping against the rocks, feel the heat of the sun on my face, taste the refreshing cold  rosé  with my vibrant dish of ravioli in tomato basil sauce, and most of all, leaving all the worries in the world behind. This town was such a gem, a complete paradise of tranquility and beauty.  Having woken up to 3 sunny mornings of blazing sunshine, the UK's long awaited start of summer has finally said hello.
