Happy International Women’s Day !

I aim to support women as much as possible and through my scarves I want to make a statement that we help the community in need .This is why my scarves have a social responsibility feature, of which I am proud.  This week for the International Women’s Day we are featuring the Lady Red scarf  supporting Tenovus  , Blue Pineapples for Save the Children and Purple Orchids helping ADRA UK.

This year, I pledge to support and empower women around me and in future collaborations.

Art in Fashion I: J.W. Anderson LFW

Admittedly, some of these fabrics are among his most abhorred." It is the very juxtaposition ...

RED NOSE DAY and the Hindmarch bags xx

Oscar Wilde: Be yourself everyone else is already taken! At "Cup of Daisies", we try to mix a bit of eclectic fashion with the relationship between charities and social awareness! So, especially for Comic Relief, me, I come out to strike a pose for Shelter Cymru, ADRA UK, Noah's Ark Appeal, Tenovus and Merlin UK, because standing up for a social cause improves your society, and together we do better! My selected design from the Comic Relief campaign for March 2015 was designed by Anya Hindmarch...yes, the Hindmarch bags!                                                              I am wearing the Nosebot!      ...

This Season's New Pastel

Remember how 'pink' was the IT colour that dominated most of the bleak winter chill, hence the 'pink coat' was one of the most sought after looks that came out of the season's most lust worthy item. Resembling shades of cotton candy floss dotted round catwalks and the streets, how could we all resist! Source: whowhatwear.com Source: LaurenConrad.com Well this season's new pastel on the block seems to be hues of sky blue and green. Resembling clear skies and the ocean, giving fashionistas alike the optimism to hope for an early Spring in the air. There's always a subtle allure with pastels during spring that is well contrasted from the dramatic attractions of rich colours like burgundy and royal blue for autumn/winter. The softness in pastels create a look of gentle elegance but be no fool, it has the power to make quite a statement, especially when styled with sleek black.
