(vintage gold brocade coat, Armani Exchange jeans, Zara studded ankle boots, Aldo gold chain necklace)

Spent yesterday noon hunting around for vintage treasures at the Cardiff Vintage Fair set in Cardiff City Hall. Absolutely love this fair for good bargains and generally a lovely afternoon out! Been an adoring follower for the past three visits and will share that I've purchased one-of-a-kind trinkets, lovely elaborated vintage coats (see photo above) and kimonos for a bargain, as well as vintage designer items (they're my ultimate score!). Nothing beats the high when you dig through a trunk load of £3 scarves to find a vintage Gucci print one right at the bottom. How amazing is that!
I have an absolute eye for designer signatures, logos and prints, which really helps when spotting a bargain item before anyone else! (my history of other vintage couture finds from the fair also consist of a Chanel necklace, 1970s Gucci bangle and Ralph Lauren blazer). See why I say its a blast?!!
Apart from amazing vintage finds, they usually have a beauty parlour dedicated to provide vintage makeovers, amazing music that make you wish you knew how to do the Charleston, and the latest addition- the most amazing cupcakes ever to have while you shop!!
It's seriously so much fun, so don't worry if you've missed out this time as they return quite regularly to Cardiff, follow their Twitter account for updates on their next return.

3 of the Hottest Accessory Trends for SS21

Just because lockdown restrictions are starting to ease doesn’t mean that you have to go out and buy a brand new outfit. Sure, you want to feel and look good at social events after a year of emotional turmoil. (We get it.) That said, sometimes all it takes is the right accessory to tap into current trends and take your style to the next level. Speaking of, here are 3 of the best accessory trends for Spring/Summer 2021 that would make the perfect addition to your existing wardrobe. Utilitarian Bags Firstly, it’s almost like the fashion industry has accounted for the fact that most of us haven’t needed a handbag in months. By introducing pretty-yet-practical options across the SS21 catwalks , they’re easing us back into the practice of carrying a bag. From Kenzo’s slouchy waist belt, to phone lanyards at Versace, to Dior’s straw grab-and-go versions, the focus is on the smaller, the better.  However, simplified, medium-size bags also did the rounds at Hermès and Prada for those who ...

Guest Post: Panagiota Prokopi

We welcome our very first Guest Blog Post series of the season,  Panagiota Prokopi, who's a  fashion enthusiast and blogger from Cyprus. Read on to discover her distinct and individual sense of style. "Hi everyone, I am Panagiota, a 24-year-old girl living in Cyprus. An all-day-dreamer and a life lover, my ultimate fashion do's are picking up pieces I like to mix and match. I'm also a self-declared collector of jewellery and all sorts of accessories from headpieces to rings and many more statement necklaces. For me, style means being able to use the same piece for a ton of different outfits and not being afraid to be different. I always love Anna Dello Russo's style, she is my all-time fashion icon. The few things I can't live without are- my lipsticks, my accessories and my Nikon SLR camera."  Panagiota's top outfit picks for Spring:  And a peek into her lipstick and accessories collection: Panagiot...

Guest Blogger- Photographer Michaela Howe

I'm a third year Photography in the Arts student, studying at Swansea Metropolitan University of Wales Trinity Saint David. I am working as a Photography intern for Cup of Daisies. My personal work is mainly portraiture, through Cup of Daisies I have been able to continue that interest, develop my portfolio and continue meeting new people. Working as an intern involves photographing people wearing Cup of Daisies products in the street and in a studio. In order to get models I have to approach strangers, and engage with them, discussing the company and the charities it is working for. I aim to approach 'stylish' looking people, to create a stylish portrait. Although fashion is a new area to me, I felt it came quite natural, it was easy to spot someone who fashionably stood out. In my personal work I usually enjoy working in the studio more, however working for Cup of Daisies I enjoy the street photography more. This is because I enjoy meeting new people, and dire...
